Coaching Expenses
Reimbursement Policy
All Milton Youth Hockey travel coaches must be registered with USA Hockey and complete the requirements set by USA Hockey. This includes SafeSport certification, a background screen, age-specific modules, and required CEP clinics. Upon successful completion of the following requirements by September 1, Milton Youth Hockey will reimburse:
- USA Hockey registration
- Background screening
- Age-specific module
- USA Hockey CEP coaching clinic if completed by December 31st
Travel or other expenses associated with clinics will not be reimbursed. Reimbursement to coaches who complete these requirements after September 1 will be considered on an individual basis.
If you have completed all requirements and are listed on the USA Hockey roster for a Milton Youth Hockey team, you may submit this form for reimbursement.
For the 2023/2024 season only, the deadline for completion of coaching requirements is extended to November 15, 2023 for reimbursement. Any requirements completed after November 15, 2023 will not be reimbursed, except for CEP courses.
