This category of information includes, but is not limited to: (i) information that you voluntarily provide to Milton Youth Hockey (MYH) upon your use of the website and when registering your child for various hockey teams and other programs such as Learn to Skate and Skills Clinics through the website, including information such as your name, email address, and other contact information; (ii) information that you provide as a result of your purchase of any goods or services offered through the MYH Website directly. (e.g., financial information, billing and shipping addresses). Additionally, through some Services, you may be able to submit information about other people. For example, you might submit a person's name, mailing and/or e-mail address to send a gift or electronic greeting card. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected about other people at these pages include: recipient's name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

How we use this information:

Except as set forth in this section, your personal information will not be shared or transferred to third parties.

General Use: The information you provide to us will be used (i) to operate our programs; (ii) to fulfill any requests you make to us, e.g., your requests for a particular product or service; and (iii) by MYH to provide you notifications of future programs and services we think you may be interested.

Third Party Fulfillment: In order to fulfill a request you may make or for us to otherwise operate the Service, it may be necessary for MYH to share your information with a vendor or other third party. In those instances, any third party that has access to your information will be required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Milton Youth Hockey. For example, we may share names and ages and skill level of players participating in a skills clinic that is being run for us by a vendor.
